Guar gum is a product obtained from the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonolobus (Fam. Leguminosae), consisting mainly of polysaccharides.

Way of ussage:
Stabilizer / thickener / emulsifier that can be used to add viscosity in a wide range of food applications. Starch-like product. The dosage depends on the desired structure in the final product.
