Properties:
Algamar brand seaweed is all wild seaweed, harvested from the unpolluted coasts of the Galicia region of Spain. There are also cultured seaweeds, but they cannot be compared qualitatively and nutritionally with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild algae is that they are far from radiation sources. This gray-brown algae grows at a depth of approximately 12 meters. Rich in glutamic acid, it can help normalize the pulse. It is rich in minerals, especially calcium and magnesium.

Method of preparation:
- in the oven, for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, or fried in hot oil.
- in pressure cookers, boil for 20 minutes;
- boil for 1 hour together with chickpeas, lentils, beans or other similar grains.
