The PowerGels® packaging is optimized for transport, easy to open, and completely emptied. The C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix combines glucose and fructose sources in a specific ratio. Extra sodium replenishes lost through sweating, and the Black Currant and Green Apple flavors provide an additional 50mg of caffeine per sachet.

Recommended intake

For athletic activities, a carbohydrate intake of up to 90g per hour is recommended, depending on the intensity and duration. One PowerGel® ORIGINAL provides approximately 27g of carbohydrates. For caffeine-free varieties, the recommended daily intake is 1-4 sachets; for caffeine-containing varieties, 1-3 sachets. Drink with water at regular intervals. The caffeinated version is not suitable for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
