The pore-refining Effaclar Supramolecular Gel is a refreshing, lightweight moisturizing gel for oily skin with visible pores and impurities.
Thanks to the advanced supramolecular drug delivery system, which is 18,000 times smaller than a pore and thus improves drug penetration, salicylic acid and niacinamide are intelligently combined. This counteracts excessive shine at its source and visibly refines the appearance of pores.
This fresh, fast-absorbing gel texture is ideally suited to oily skin, regulating excess sebum and refining the appearance of pores.
