Action

The device operates using a split cuff system. Each cuff is composed of two parts: an upper and lower air chamber, which inflate separately through separate tubes. The upper part of the cuff functions as a standard compression device, while the lower part acts as a stethoscope to detect pulse waves. Blood pressure is measured between heartbeats using multiple sensors located inside the cuff.

How to use a medical device

1. To obtain the most reliable results, ensure the child maintains proper posture. Ideally, the child should sit stably, for example, in a chair, with their feet flat on the floor and their arm resting on a table. It's important that the child remains calm and doesn't move or speak during the examination.
2. Place the cuff on your child's left or right arm, depending on your doctor's recommendations. The bottom of the cuff should be approximately 1 cm above the elbow, and the cuff and heart should be at the same level.
3. After pressing the START/STOP button, the cuff will begin to inflate. Once the test is complete, the cuff will quickly deflate. Your blood pressure and heart rate will be displayed, and the device will automatically save the results.
