Description

Tadacontrol 3x contains the active ingredient tadalafil, used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. The medication may be effective for up to 36 hours after taking the tablet.

Composition

The active substance is tadalafil ( Tadalafilum ).

Each tablet contains 10 mg of tadalafil ( Tadalafilum ).

Excipients: Tablet core: copovidone, macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose (102), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate. Tablet coating: hypromellose 2910 (6cp), titanium dioxide (E 171), triacetin, talc, yellow iron oxide (E 172).

Dosage

Always use Tadacontrol exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

Tadacontrol tablets are intended for men only and are for oral use. They should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water. The tablets can be taken with or without food.

The recommended dose is one 10 mg tablet taken before planned sexual activity. The medication should be taken approximately 30 minutes before intercourse. The effect of the medication may last up to 36 hours after administration.

This medication is for occasional use, as needed. It should not be used more than once a week, and no more than one tablet should be taken at a time.

Tadacontrol should not be used concomitantly with other oral or topical medications for erectile dysfunction. Do not take it if you do not have erectile dysfunction.

Drinking alcohol may reduce the effectiveness of the medicine and increase the risk of dizziness when standing up.

You should contact your doctor if Tadacontrol does not help you get an erection, or if it does not last long enough for you to complete sexual intercourse.

Action

Tadacontrol contains tadalafil, which belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. After sexual stimulation, tadalafil facilitates the dilation of blood vessels in the penis, which increases blood flow and allows you to achieve and maintain an erection.

Indications

Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. For Tadacontrol to be effective, sexual stimulation is required.

Contraindications

Do not use Tadacontrol if you are hypersensitive to the active substance or other ingredients of the product.

The use is contraindicated in patients with: severe heart disease, unstable angina, heart failure class II or higher according to NYHA in the last 6 months, uncontrolled arrhythmias, hypotension (< 90/50 mmHg) or uncontrolled hypertension, stroke in the last 6 months.

Tadacontrol is not intended for use in women.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Tadacontrol can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Warnings and precautions

Before starting treatment with Tadacontrol, tell your doctor about all your diseases, especially: heart failure, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, peptic ulcer disease, liver and kidney disease.

Tadacontrol should not be taken unless you have erectile dysfunction.
Not intended for use by women.

Use of other medications

Tadacontrol may interact with: nitrate drugs; alpha-blockers; blood pressure lowering drugs; ketoconazole; protease inhibitors; erythromycin; rifampicin; antiepileptic drugs (phenytoin, carbamazepine); other drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction.

Taking the medicine with food and drink

The tablets can be taken with or without food. Avoid drinking large amounts of grapefruit juice, as it may affect the effectiveness of Tadacontrol.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Tadacontrol is not intended for women and should not be used if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Use of the drug in children and adolescents

Tadacontrol is not intended for use in persons under 18 years of age.
