Ingredients: lactose monohydrate, passiflora extract, California poppy extract, melatonin, anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium stearate).

- Dry hydroalcoholic extract from the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) standardized in vitexin - 150 mg
- Dry hydroalcoholic extract from the aerial part of the California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) standardized in isoquinoline alkaloids - 100 mg
- Melatonin – 5 mg

Doses and method of administration
Adults: it is recommended to take one capsule a day, approximately 30-60 minutes before going to bed, after which bed rest is recommended.
