Apply the product evenly to clean, dry skin 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Avoid contact with eyes. Reapply frequently (especially after bathing, sweating, swimming or toweling off) even on cloudy days. Do not expose infants and young children to the sun. Avoid sun exposure during peak radiation periods (between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.). Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using a sunscreen; overexposure is a serious health risk. Wear protective clothing (hat, sunglasses, T-shirt). To obtain the protection indicated by SPF, an amount of 2 mg/cm², i.e. approximately 36 g (6 heaped teaspoons) must be applied to the body of an adult. Caution! Reducing the amount will significantly reduce the level of protection.
