Add the contents of one sachet to 125 ml of water, then mix for 30 seconds until completely dissolved. Wait 5 minutes for the product to thicken, then administer with a teaspoon.
Children over 3 years old: 1 - 2 sachets, three times a day.
Adults: 2 - 4 sachets, three times a day.
