Properties :

- Urimil Move is a food supplement with 11 G of Naticol, uridine monophosphate, nervonic acid and 13 other active ingredients, being a formula specially developed for the musculoskeletal system, essential for movement and an active life;
- the ingredients in Urimil Move can contribute to:
- maintaining healthy bones and joints (Turmeric);
- normal functioning of the nervous system (Niacin, Thiamine, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12) maintaining the health of the bone system (Magnesium, Vitamin D);
- normal functioning of the muscular system (Magnesium);
- supporting tone and vitality (Ginger).

Method of administration:

1 sachet per day, before the main meal (before the most caloric meal). Put the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (approximately 100-200 ml), mix and consume the suspension immediately, without letting it settle. If it settles, add a little more water and drink. For active athletes, consumption is recommended before the main meal, after physical activity. A 5-day break is recommended after the 25th day of each month.
A three-month course is recommended. Afterwards, the product can be consumed, after a longer break of 15-30 days, for another three-month course.
The product is suitable for long-term use.
