1 egg every 2 days, preferably in the evening before going to bed, from day 11 to day 16 of a normal 28-day cycle, during the periovulatory phase (days 11, 13, 15).

Each vaginal egg of 1 g contains: myo-inositol 2.00 mg; semisynthetic glycerides 998.00 mg.
