The Venofix® Safety In-House puncture needle is specifically designed for short infusions, injections, transfusions, and blood draws. This needle impresses with its excellent workmanship using high-quality chrome-nickel steel. The micro-siliconized precision bevel ensures optimal use.
Properties and characteristics
Equipped with color-coded fixation wings, the cannula allows for easy size differentiation. The 30 cm long tube is kink-resistant and offers excellent elasticity. Furthermore, the material is DEHP-free, latex-free, flexible, and transparent, and features a locking connector and closure cone.
Safety and application
From a safety perspective, the cannula stands out due to its compatibility with common pressure infusion devices. Thanks to a simple activation mechanism and an audible safety mechanism ("click"), the puncture characteristics remain unchanged.
