Description
The combination of lubricants and the antioxidant Verbascoside gives the formula a significant protective capacity for ocular tissues and fluids against oxidation . (The protective action of VERBALUX® PF has been tested in vitro.)
VERBALUX® PF is especially indicated for patients at risk of wound infection and corneal abrasions, particularly in the case of trauma or surgery. A notable effect is its anti-pollution barrier effect due to the antioxidant action of Verbascoside, which reduces oxidative stress caused by pollution.
VERBALUX® PFS is presented in a bottle with OSD (Ophthalmic Squeeze Dispenser) technology that allows for a completely sterile and preservative-free ophthalmic solution.
