Use

Put the gloves on clean, dry hands and adjust them using the included stickers. Leave them on for 10–15 minutes to allow the active ingredients to penetrate the skin. For a manicure, peel off the fingertips along the cuts.

After removing the gloves, massage any remaining essence into your hands and forearms. Do not rinse.
