Walnut oil, 10 ml, Manicos

Action:
It is a product rich in unsaturated fatty acids, containing 10% omega-3 fatty acids.
Internal: effectively lowers the cholesterol level, normalizes the triglyceride level in the plasma, maintains the elasticity of the arterial walls, decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
External : It can be used externally for its dermonutritive and emollient action, as well as for its tonic and capillary regenerating effect both in the prevention and treatment of baldness, as well as in the care of healthy hair.

Mode of administration:
Internally : 1-2 teaspoons each, morning and evening, before meals.
External: For hair treatment, it is applied to the scalp and hairs by dabbing with a cosmetic stick or tampon previously soaked in oil and massaged.

For other external conditions, walnut oil is applied to the epidermis with a cosmetic pad.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to walnut oil.

Overdose:
When ingested in a single dose of 30-75 ml, depending on age, it has a laxative effect.
