WEPA Vitamin C Powder is a dietary supplement made from 100% ascorbic acid. For daily vitamin C intake, add half a scoop (measuring scoop included in the container) of vitamin C powder to a glass of water, cold tea, or juice, stir, and drink.
The recommended intake (half a measuring spoon) corresponds to 215 mg of vitamin C and thus 269% NRV* (*NRV = Nutrient Reference Value according to the EU Food Information Regulation (VO) 1169/2011).

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems, normal energy metabolism, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C also increases iron absorption.
