Description
Zakwasownia White cabbage dough is an ecological, unpasteurized product, intended to diversify the daily diet.
The yeast was created as a result of pickling vegetables with spices and apples in slightly salted water. Natural fermentation changes the taste, making it very distinct, rich and slightly sour. The dough obtained from white cabbage is very essential. The product is based on a large amount of cabbage from organic farming. After pickling, the yeast is not diluted or sweetened.
The dough is a vegan and vegetarian product. It is recommended to consume directly (without dilution) on an empty stomach and after meals.
The fermented cabbage dough was sealed in a glass bottle.
