Turmeric (Curcuma longa) contains curcumin, which belongs to the group of polyphenols obtained by extraction of rhizomes. Instructions for use:

once a day. Mix a portion with your favorite drink or yogurt and consume during or after a meal. It is recommended to take with fats, e.g. linseed oil or olive oil and piperine (black pepper extract)

Not recommended for small children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
