Ingredients: Perilla frutescens plant 200 mg, black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa) 200 mg, nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) 150 mg, cistus plant 150 mg, troscot plant (Polygonum aviculare) 100 mg.

The content of individual plant ingredients for each recommended daily dose of 5 ml is:

• Perilla plant 200 mg,
• black cumin seeds 200 mg,
• nettle leaves 150 mg,
• cyst plant 150 mg,
• troscot plant 100 mg.

How to use:

Adults: 2 teaspoons (2.5 ml) twice a day after meals.

Children: 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) once a day after a meal.
