Properties of ingredients

Sea buckthorn – may contribute to the proper functioning of mucous membranes in cases of dry eyes, vagina and mouth; may help maintain healthy skin and support the immune system.
Calcium – is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth and helps in the proper functioning of muscles.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: Take 3 capsules daily, before, during, or after a meal. Take with sufficient fluid.
