Way of ussage:
1 capsule a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal, with a sufficient amount of water. In special cases, for overweight people, when acute discomfort occurs, etc., the dose can be increased to 2 capsules per day, respectively 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
