It is a premium quality extra virgin olive oil obtained only from KORONEIKI olives that are pressed together with fresh garlic picked from the gardens near the olive plantations in Lithakia.
Cold pressing is done at a maximum temperature of 27°C within a maximum of 3 days after harvesting.
It is packed in metal boxes, specially created to prevent the penetration of sunlight and preserve the special qualities of this oil.
Ideal for preparing salads, sauces, marinating meat or even garlic bread.
