Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 teaspoon of herb (approx. 3 g) daily. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herb, cover, and steep for 15-20 minutes. Let steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink 1/4-1/3 cup 3-4 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
