Use

Pour 1.5 liters of water over the contents of the bag (50g). Bring to a boil. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Stir several times. Then strain into the bathtub. Soaking time: approximately 20 minutes at a temperature of approximately 37°C.
