Colostrum is a substance secreted by the mammary glands of mammals during the last stage of pregnancy, just before birth and in the first days after the birth of the baby.
Colostrum is a unique natural bioactive substance that has the most powerful regenerative effect on the human body. It is composed of over 250 natural substances, such as growth factors, hormones, enzymes, polyamides and others, whose main function is to protect and regenerate cells in the human body. Colostrum also contains bacteriostatic substances.

Prepare the skin in the affected area by washing it under lukewarm water (temperature around 37 degrees) with mild soap. Be careful not to soak the skin for too long. After washing, gently dry the skin with a towel. After washing and drying the skin, apply a thin layer of cream and massage gently, paying particular attention to hard-to-reach areas (e.g. between the toes). The cream can be applied directly to the wound. In the case of suppurating wounds, first dry the wound, then apply a thin layer of cream. Use at least three times a day. The cream can be used immediately after the previous layer has been absorbed. Better results have been observed after frequent use. The cream can be applied directly provided that your hands are clean.

Diabetegen cream should not be used on mucous membranes. Avoid contact with the eyes. Diabetegen is contraindicated in people who are allergic to any of the product's ingredients.
