Pleated blackberry – Rubus plicatus

Lime flower with small leaves – Tilia cordata

Parsley root – Petroselinum crispum

Fruit common bean – Phaseolus vulgaris

Common nettle leaf – Urtica dioica

How to use: Pour a spoonful with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for 30 minutes.

Drink a glass of infusion 3 times a day.
