Recommended dosage

• 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving after training.
• Depending on your weight, physical activity, eating habits, and fitness goals, you can consume additional servings between meals.

For drinks:

• Add 30-50 grams to the shaker cup and then pour 250-300 ml of cold water, milk or your favorite beverage.
• Cover and shake for 60 seconds.

For the cream:

• Add 30-50 grams to a blender filled with 250-300 ml of cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
• Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for another 30 seconds.

Sweet snack:

• Try adding fresh or frozen fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, coconut milk and enjoy a healthy snack.

Summer snack:

• Add 30-50 grams to a blender filled with 250-300 ml of whipped cream and an egg (whole or just the white).
• Mix for 60 seconds.
• Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
