Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest significant amounts of lactose and is caused by the reduced production or decreased activity of lactase, which has the effect of preventing the breakdown of lactose.
In order for lactose to be absorbed by the intestine into the body, it must first be broken down into glucose and galactose.
The enzyme that breaks down lactose into the two smaller carbohydrates is called lactase and is located on the surface of the cells that line the small intestine.
The amount of lactase in the body decreases over time, so as people get older, most people can no longer fully digest lactose.
It remains in the intestine, ferments and produces unpleasant symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea, cramps or gas, in other words lactose intolerance.

Composition:
Lactase - natural enzyme obtained from Aspergillus oryzae species - 140 mg, vanilla flavor.

Administration method:
Take 1 tablet before consuming the product or food containing lactose.
If the intolerance is severe, 2 chewable tablets can be administered.
The amount of lactase needed depends on the lactose content of the food we eat, as well as the body's own production of lactase.
The effect exists only for the meal at which it is administered.
It can also be administered to children over 4 years of age, a quarter or half a tablet depending on age and the doctor's recommendation.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the product components.
