Skin magnesium absorption is the most important way to increase magnesium levels in the body.
Way of ussage:
- It is applied by spraying with the solution as such, directly on the skin, on the painful areas, gently massaging until it is absorbed into the skin.
- It may tingle the skin at first, which is normal; after a few applications, the sensation disappears.
- If you have sensitive skin, dilute the composition. Put half magnesium oil, half water in the spray bottle and then spray it on your arms, legs, stomach; it can also be applied to the face.
Apply 20-30 puffs/day.
After the application and complete absorption of the oil into the skin, the skin can be moisturized with coconut oil.
