3Bears Overnight Oats Porridge Mango is a nutritious and tasty blend of wholegrain oats, dried fruit and seeds, perfect for a healthy breakfast or a filling snack. The combination of dried and freeze-dried mango brings an exotic flavour, while dates provide natural sweetness, without the addition of refined sugar.

Properties:

• No refined sugar and no unwanted additives.
• Excellent source of fiber for healthy digestion.
• Contains vegetable proteins from oats and seeds.
• Suitable for vegan diet.
• It can be consumed quickly, just by hydrating overnight.

Consumption method:

• Place approximately 50 g of the mixture (5 tablespoons) in a bowl or jar.
• Add 100 ml of water, milk or vegetable drink.
• Mix and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
• In the morning, enjoy a creamy and filling breakfast.

It can also be consumed hot, like porridge, by boiling it for a few minutes with your favorite liquid.
