Way of ussage:
It is recommended to start daily use a few days before the trip.
Mix once a day 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL (= 5 g) in approx. 1/8 l of water, yogurt, milk or tea (up to max. 40 °C) wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. This procedure continues throughout the journey D2:F2ei It is recommended to take on an empty stomach. Since OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL contains only bacteria that are naturally found in the human gut, it can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of different dietary fibers, which serve the bacteria as a specific nutritional support, for example fructooligosaccharides (FOS). If there is fructose intolerance, the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL should be extended up to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize their nutritional support (=fructooligosaccharides, etc.) almost completely, so that at most individual molecules of these substances reach the intestine.
