Indications:
This essential oil can be used in aromatherapy to clear the mind, while having a sedative effect, it calms the heartbeat and palpitations
Action:
The essential oil of roinita has a fresh, lemony, slightly sweet aroma, it is pale yellow in color and has a watery viscosity. Evening primrose oil calms and has excellent qualities in combating depression. It has a sedative effect, helps in cases of panic, helps to slow down the heartbeat, lowers blood pressure and is a good tonic for the heart.
Way of ussage:
External: baths 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml water, inhalations with 8 drops to 100 ml of hot water.
