Administration method:
Internal:
- powder - the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take a grated teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
- macerated cold - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals.
- infusion - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, 30 minutes before meals.
External:
- apply locally in the form of compresses with maceration or plant infusion, or poultices that are obtained as follows: mix 1-2 tablespoons of finely ground powder with warm water to form a paste that can be applied externally. An occlusive dressing is applied on top, which can keep the poultice on the affected area for at least 3 hours.

Contraindications:
