The role of the ingredients in Supramen: Inositol plays a key role in cell morpho and cytogenesis (including sperm), increases MMP (mitochondrial membrane potential), regulates sperm motility, regulates LH/FSH (luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone) concentrations, reduces insulin resistance, regulates motility, capacitation and acrosomal response.
Lycopene contributes to increasing the motility and concentration of seminal fluid, improving the activity of enzymes naturally involved in the antioxidant processes of seminal fluid. Carnitine - The dual source of carnitine (L-carnitine and N Acetyl- L Carnitine) contributes to supporting sperm motility and quality, while protecting sperm from oxidative damage. Folic acid in its bioactive form helps to improve the methylation of genetic material and cell division, as well as maintaining hormonal balance in men experiencing fertility problems. L- Arginine contributes to improving vasodilation. Selenium is important for reproductive function and testosterone metabolism. Method of administration:
4 capsules. Take two capsules twice a day (morning and evening), during or after meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
