Otostick

Otostick ear correctors are available in two main variants:

• Otostick for adults and children over 3 years of age, in the form of transparent correctors, packaged in boxes containing 8 pieces.
• Otostick Bebe is recommended for infants from 3 months of age, with dimensions adapted to the morphology of the ears in this age group and a more delicate adhesive, suitable for the sensitive skin of babies.

Otostick for ears is indicated for:

• Immediate aesthetic correction of protruding ears in children and adults
• Creating or accentuating the natural fold of the ear, without deforming the cartilage
• Preventing the development of ear malpositions in infants 
• Increasing self-confidence and reducing complexes associated with physical appearance
• Occasional use, depending on aesthetic preferences, or continuous use for more stable results

Each protruding ear corrector is attached to clean skin, on the back of the ear and on the corresponding part of the head.

Both products are single-use, with each corrector having an average duration of use between 3 and 7 days, depending on skin characteristics and compliance with the application instructions.

Replacement is done after a maximum of 7 days, the device must be removed, and the skin left to breathe for a few hours or overnight before applying a new one. A pack of 8 pieces provides approximately one month of use.

Otostick cosmetic ear corrector is not recommended in the following situations:

• Children under 3 months of age (for the Otostick Bebe version) or under 3 years of age (for the classic version)
• People with skin lesions, dermatitis, or infections in the application area
• Users with a known allergy to silicone or medical adhesives

For optimal results, the application area should be thoroughly cleaned using soap and water or alcohol-based makeup removers/toners to remove impurities and excess sebum.

It is important to determine the correct application point before fixing, as each ear morphology is different.

In some cases, an adjustment period of several days to several weeks is necessary.

In general, Oto stick is well tolerated and does not cause significant adverse effects. However, in certain cases the following may occur:

• Minor discomfort during initial use, caused by the different positioning of the ear
• Local irritation or redness, especially in children, due to skin sensitivity

Premature detachment of the concealer may occur if the area has not been properly cleaned or if the user sweats profusely.

These effects are usually temporary and can be resolved by adjusting the application method.

Otostick ear corrector is an external medical device and has no direct interactions with drugs or food. 

However, it is not recommended to use it simultaneously with creams, lotions, or cosmetics applied to the area, as these may reduce the adhesive's adhesion.

Excessive use of Otostick ear correctors, without breaks between applications, may lead to skin irritation. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use and allow short periods of rest for the skin between applications.

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of heat or moisture. Keep in the original packaging and out of the reach of small children. Observe the expiry date stated on the packaging.
