Properties:
- it contributes to inducing the state of relaxation necessary for sleep, improves its quality, ensuring the functioning of the body in optimal conditions;
- immediate absorption and fast effect.

Way of ussage:
Adults: it is recommended to take one sachet a day, approximately 30 minutes before going to bed, after which bed rest is recommended.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in approximately 100-150 ml of warm water.
The recommended duration of administration is 2-4 weeks. The administration can be resumed after a break period equal to the administration period.

Ingredients:
Sweetener (sorbitol), chamomile extract, lemon balm extract, passionflower extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), sweetener (Stevia rebaudiana extract), melatonin.
1 envelope contains:
Dry extract from chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla) standardized in apigenol - 250 mg.
Dry extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) standardized in rosmarinic acid - 150 mg.
Dry extract from the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) standardized in vitexin - 100 mg.
Melatonin – 7 mg.
