Dissolve the contents of the sachet in approximately 200 ml of any non-carbonated liquid, such as water, juice, or milk. It can also be dissolved in semi-solid foods such as yogurt, baby food, etc. It does not alter the texture or flavor.

The recommended daily intake is between 1 and 3 sticks, depending on diet, age, and individual circumstances. For children under 12 years of age, consult your pediatrician.
