- ready-to-use, single-use solution;
- it is a solution for bladder instillation based on highly concentrated Hyaluronic Acid and Hydeal-D®, an ester of hyaluronic acid;
- hyaluronic acid is indicated in cases where it is necessary to restore and/or protect the GAGs layer;
- due to its prolonged action, HYDEAL CYST offers optimal adhesion to the bladder mucosa, favoring the restoration of the protective barrier;
- it is indicated for intravesical treatment aimed at restoring/protecting the GAGs layer of the urothelium in cases where their loss may cause frequent and recurrent disorders (such as interstitial cystitis, painful bladder syndrome, hemorrhagic cystitis, cystitis caused by infections, trauma, urolithiasis, urinary retention and cystitis induced by radiation or chemotherapy);
- treatment with the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid and Hydeal-D restores the physiological barrier function of the bladder wall to protect against irritating and toxic urinary substances, reducing irritation, inflammation and promoting pain relief.

Wash your hands thoroughly before application and proceed as follows:
Insert a bladder catheter with a Luer-Lock connection into the bladder, under sterile conditions.
Eliminate residual urine.
Remove the syringe from the bag using the tear line.
Remove the cap from the pre-filled syringe and attach it to the catheter.
Instill the 50 ml solution of the protective preparation into the empty bladder.
Remove the catheter after completion of instillation.
The protective solution should remain in the bladder for as long as possible, between a minimum of 30 minutes and 2 hours.
To improve the symptoms associated with this disease, it is recommended to instill the protective solution into the bladder once a week for 4 weeks. Subsequently, and only on the advice of the family doctor, less frequent administrations are allowed - every fifteen days or once a month - until the patient's symptoms resolve.
The family doctor must supervise any use of HYDEAL CYST for prophylactic purposes.

Each 50 ml syringe of HYDEAL CYST solution contains sodium salt of Hyaluronic Acid (1.8%) and Hydeal-D® (0.2%).

It is recommended that HYDEAL CYST be used in hygienically appropriate environments and by medical personnel well informed about bladder instillation treatment.
The function of the product is guaranteed only by the integrity of the primary and secondary packaging (syringe and bag).
Do not administer to patients with known hypersensitivity reactions.
Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur, consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
Since there is no clinical evidence available regarding the use of Hyaluronic Acid in children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, treatment with the protective preparation is not recommended for these patients.

Single-use product: use the entire contents of the pre-filled syringe for each individual application.
Sterile product: If the solution is reused, sterility is no longer guaranteed and it can become a vehicle for infections.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not administer parenterally.
