Quercetin 500 mg standardized extract with immediate absorption from COSMO PHARM®.
Quercetin is a flavonoid naturally present in food (onions, apples, grapes, berries, broccoli, citrus fruits, cherries, green tea, coffee, red wine and capers), known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antihistamine properties.

Properties:

• Immediate absorption
• The most abundant natural flavonoid, strong antioxidant, reduces inflammation.
• Quercetin helps to reduce blood pressure levels through its relaxing effect on blood vessels. A review of 9 studies of 580 people found that taking more than 500 mg of quercetin as a supplement daily reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure by an average of 5.8 mm Hg and 2.6 mm Hg, respectively. .

Ingredients/1 capsule:

Japanese acacia / Sophora japonica (4:1 granular hydroethanolic extract from flower buds), with 95% quercetin – 500 mg.

Administration method:

1 capsule per day, at meals.
