Internally: Infusion of 1 sachet of the herb, over which 250 ml of hot water is added. Leave covered for 10–15 minutes and sweeten to taste. Drink 2–3 cups per day.
Externally: prepare as a concentrated infusion: put 2 sachets in 100 ml of hot water, cover and leave for 10–15 minutes. Apply to the skin in the form of compresses or poultices.
