Which pants size is the right one?
To find the right size for TENA® Pants Maxi disposable pants, please do not use your underwear size as a guide; the hip circumference is the determining factor. TENA® Pants Maxi disposable pants for men and women are available in four sizes:
Size S fits hips measuring 65 to 85 cm.
Size M is suitable for a hip circumference of 80 to 110 cm.
L for 100 to 135 cm and
XL fits a hip circumference of 120 to 160 cm.

Are TENA® Pants Maxi disposable pants also suitable for nighttime use?
Yes, the absorbent zones of TENA® Pants Maxi disposable briefs have been specifically designed to provide reliable protection against leakage, even when lying down, and to absorb even larger amounts of urine. This makes these disposable briefs particularly suitable for people with a strong urge to urinate at night and for bedridden individuals.

What is the best way to dispose of diaper pants?
TENA® Pants Maxi disposable pants can be disposed of in the trash or, where available, in a hygiene product disposal facility, as is common in most public restrooms. To protect the environment, used disposable pants should not be flushed down the toilet.

Even with bladder weakness, it's important to ensure adequate fluid intake to prevent urinary tract infections. Therefore, drink approximately 1.5 to 2 liters of water and unsweetened herbal and fruit teas daily. However, you should largely avoid strongly diuretic drinks such as coffee and caffeinated sodas, black tea, and alcohol.
