Nettle 40g herbal tea EcoBlik

Common nettle supports the body's vitality; supports the immune system; contains a mineral (iron) and reduces anemia; helps maintain heart health; supports venous circulation.

We collect nettle plant from June to September. It occurs in the temperate zone of Asia, in both Americas (outside the tropics), North Africa and Europe. In Poland, it is a common plant. It likes wet places, so it often grows somewhere in forests or thickets. It tastes great as an herbal tea. It is also widely used in cooking - it is a rich source of vitamins and minerals, and the fibers of the stem are used to make ropes.

Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of herbs with a glass of hot water. Boil covered for 5-10 minutes.

To keep in a dry and cool place.
