Use
1. Take a teaspoon of powder before meals, 3-4 times a day, moistened with a little water or mixed with honey. For maximum efficiency, keep the powder under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, then swallow.
2. Pour a cup of boiling water over a teaspoon of powder and leave for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Drink 3-4 cups a day, before meals.
3. Put 4 teaspoons of powder in a liter of plain water, at room temperature. Let it macerate for 6-8 hours in the cold, then strain and consume the entire quantity during a day.
