Description
Food supplement based on nopal, glucomannan and white mulberry, gymnema, olive and Cassia nomame extracts, with policosanols and chromium. Gymnema and olive promote carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Gymnema also helps control hunger and olive has antioxidant properties. Cassia nomame contributes to the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol and, together with nopal, promotes body weight management. Nopal also limits the absorption of nutrients. Olive and white mulberry promote blood pressure regulation. White mulberry contributes to carbohydrate metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and normal macronutrient metabolism.

How to use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, fill it with plenty of still water (150-200 ml) at room temperature and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Take one sachet 10-15 minutes before each of the two main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

This product does not replace a varied diet; it should be used as part of an appropriate hypocaloric diet, following a healthy lifestyle and practicing adequate physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Due to the presence of glucomannan, there is a possible risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake. To ensure that it reaches the stomach, it should always be taken with plenty of water.
The minimum shelf life date refers to the product stored correctly in intact packaging.
