This slimming product is to be used in the context of a slimming program created by the Favisan brand in which other products are included as well. SL-FVS1 tablets replace one meal : first day : 2 tablets in the morning, 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner. On that day you eat nothing else, on the second day you eat normally 3 meals. On the third day again the three meals are replaced by 2 tablets per meal, on the fourth day 3 normal meals and so on for 3 weeks until the end of the tablets. Conclusion1: It is a very restrictive dietary regimen, with commitment of much willpower (it is not for everyone to eat nothing 36 hours!) , with results on the spot, however with a very large, in my opinion, risk of yo-yo effect. It will take more commitment after treatment to be able to maintain any results achieved. Conclusion 2 : better and more successful healthy lifestyle, slightly hipocaloric diet and physical activity.

Buongiorno, Questo prodotto per dimagrire deve essere utilizzato nel contesto di un programma di dimagrire creato dal marchio Favisan nel quale sono compresi pure altri prodotti. Le pastiglie SL-FVS1 sostituiscono un pasto : primo giorno : 2 compresse la mattina, 2 al pranzo e 2 la cena. Quel giorno non si mangia nient'altro, il secondo giorno si mangia normalmente 3 pasti. Il terzo giorno di nuovo i tre pasti sono sostituiti da 2 pastiglie per pasto, il quarto giorno 3 pasti normali e così via per 3 settimane fino alla fine delle pastiglie. Conclusione1: è un regime alimentare molto restrittivo, con impegno di tanta volontà (non è per tutti non mangiare niente 36 ore!) , con dei risultati sul momento, però con un grossissimo, al mio avviso, rischio di effetto yo-yo. Ci vorrà più impegno dopo la cura per poter mantenere gli eventuali risultati ottenuti. Conclusione 2 : meglio e più di successo uno stile di vita salutare, dieta leggermente hipocalorica e attività fisica.
