Composition:
Flax flour, obtained by slowly grinding flax seeds on a traditional mill with stones. Through slow grinding, the nutritional value of the flour obtained is superior to that of industrially ground flour.

Active principles for internal use:
Omega 3, dietary fibers, mucilages, lipids, proteins, glucose, potassium salts, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, folic acid, phytoestrogens, plant hormones (prevent breast and colon cancer), do not contain gluten. A high percentage of lignin (phytoestrogen) with antioxidant action, being able to neutralize a large part of the free radicals in the body. Lignin is converted by the intestinal flora into enterolactone and enterodiol (substances similar to estrogen hormones, which reduce the risk of cancer, especially in the case of women). Due to the mucilage in the composition, it is recommended in the treatment of stomach and intestinal catarrh, against constipation.

Action:

- anti-inflammatory.

External:
It is used alone or combined with mustard flour in poultices as an emollient. Mix with warm water until a paste is formed, put in a cloth bag and apply to the painful area for 15 minutes.

Way of ussage:
It is recommended 3 spoons/day, it is used in cures or delicate culinary preparations, such as salads, sauces, yogurt or mixed with honey.
