Properties :

A dressing made of large-mesh cotton mesh impregnated with a neutral ointment, free of active and allergenic ingredients. It does not stick to the wound, protects it from drying out, and prevents scar shrinkage. It ensures good wound ventilation and oxygenation, and is permeable to secretions. It can be cut into pieces of any size. Sterile packaging.

Recommended especially in cases where maintaining soft and flexible wound surfaces and edges is essential, e.g. for extensive wounds and skin lacerations, as well as burns, for use in plastic and cosmetic surgery, nail extractions, for covering donor sites for skin grafts, and for securing skin grafts; it is also suitable for use in dermatology, particularly in the treatment of patients with sensitive skin.
