Ingredients:
Whole extract, 100% natural, from the following plants: Linden flowers (Tilia cordata), Hop cones (Humulus lupulus), Sulfina (Melilotus officinalis), Seaweed rhizomes and roots (Inula helenium), Hawthorn flowers and leaves (Crataegus monogyna), valerian rhizomes and roots (Valeriana officinalis), cornflowers (Prunus spinosa), dogwood leaves (Melissa officinalis), maltodextrin.

Mode of use:
For adults, the recommended dose is 6 capsules per day, 2 capsules 3 times a day, after the main meals. The recommended course is 2 months with a 2-week break after which it can be resumed for another 2 months if needed.
