What properties does black ginger have?
Black ginger ( Kaempferia parviflora ), also called dam krachai, is a herbaceous plant of the ginger genus. Black ginger rhizome has been an element of folk medicine in Asian countries for centuries. Unlike the more famous ginger rhizome, it is brown or dark red inside, but has a similar taste.
