Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, melatonin, griffonia and tryptophan, with sweeteners, recommended for those who have difficulty falling asleep and to contribute to the quality of sleep.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; griffonia, rich in tryptophan, a precursor to melatonin and serotonin, promotes relaxation and mental well-being; magnesium is useful for reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Chamomile and citrus flavor.

How to use
1 single-dose sachet per day to be taken in the evening before going to bed.
Mag Notte can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or dissolved in a cup of hot or cold water and sweetened to taste.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contains polyalcohols, excessive use may have laxative effects.
